- Please email the Town Clerk with your request prior to payment to ensure the record is in our office. ......oakfieldtownclerk@rochester.rr.com
- Should you pay and we find the record is located in another Town your fees WILL NOT be refunded.
- Once you receive confirmation from the Town Clerk's office that the record is here, complete the forms and mail them to us.
- Once forms and payment are received your copies will be mailed to you.
- You may pay for dog licenses on-line.
- Please use license number, dogs name and owners name to ensure proper posting.
- The most delinquent year will be paid 1st. (so if you owe for 2009-2010, 2009 will be paid and you will remain delinquent for 2010.
- We may contact you if updated rabies information is requested.
