On-Line Payments

• You may pay your taxes on-line from January 1^st thru March 31^st, 2010.....Click Here to Pay Your Taxes
• If your tax payment is made after Sunday, January 31^st, February's payment will be due, after Sunday, February 28^st, March's payment will be due.
• Please understand there is a charge of 2.7% plus .60 to pay by credit or debit card.
• You MUST pay the amount stated on your tax bill... Nothing less will be accepted.
• Should you pay the wrong amount, your fees will NOT be refunded.
• Please put your Name and Bill Number of your tax bill in the Description line when paying, to ensure proper posting.
Marriage, Death and Birth Certified Copies
• Please email the Town Clerk with your request prior to payment to ensure the record is in our office. ......oakfieldtownclerk@rochester.rr.com

• Should you pay and we find the record is located in another Town your fees WILL NOT be refunded.
• Once you receive confirmation from the Town Clerk's office that the record is here, complete the forms and mail them to us.
• Once forms and payment are received your copies will be mailed to you.
Dogs Licenses
• You may pay for dog licenses on-line.
• Please use license number, dogs name and owners name to ensure proper posting.
• The most delinquent year will be paid 1^st. (so if you owe for 2009-2010, 2009 will be paid and you will remain delinquent for 2010.
• We may contact you if updated rabies information is requested.
